Excited much about the Domucon?  Me too.  But here’s a thought.

Don’t they usually film the con during the last day of the concert?  Wouldn’t that mean that the DVD would be featuring Kame’s day?  Or would they be filming another day for the Domucon?

This is totally because of the post made at kattunlove   about Jinjin breaking up with his *ahem* girlfriend and that old video I have that reminded me A WHOLE lot of some innuendos.

Yes, mi-ladies, my Akame alarm shot up so high that I knew right then and there I had to make a post and well, invite discussion I guess.

First of all, I would like to thank all of those who found the time to drop my entries a line of saying almost anything under the Jimusho sun. Please know that I am forever grateful, and your comments, praises, etc. are the things that allow me to do what I do best—fangirling.

Since Becky-san has recurred her role in the life of our dearest KAT-TUN, it deemed proper to me to make a rather, special review for her first appearance in CTKT. You may notice a slight difference in my episode 11 account (since I said it’s ‘special’) and just to keep things ‘un-boring’ here @ my journal. Let me know if you’re having problems with how I present them.

I’ll make an analysis of 101 and 102 when the time is right, but for now, here’s my blow by blow account of episode 11. Ep. 10, 12, 13 will be posted right after this (and when I finish doing the screencaps T.T)

If there are “special episodes” in shows, then I have a “special review” for my CTKT akame evidence series.

This is a special review dedicated to what I’ve been calling as the AKame explosion in episode 100.  But maybe you’ll get confused a bit by how I’ll be going about this review since I think for the first 11:38 minutes of the program, it’s nothing but PURE and adulterated AKame moment, that, if you don’t have much self-control (much like me), you’ll end up having convulsions and nosebleeds with a mere twenty-second interval.

So after much recovery and self-control, I managed to re-watch the show and regardless of that 12-minute long AKame-ness, I was able to snitch out itsy-bitsy details of their time together.

As I have said, what I do is find ‘quirks’, that though it may be nothing for some, it means a million to a fangirl like me. So… let’s have a go at it, shall we?

I’ll be doing a rapid firing at this, ergo the bulleted form. It’s more like an analysis and break-down of the episodes, so bear with my quirks here, okay? Let’s go!

·         This begins early on at 0:33 when dearest Kamenashi enters the Jinjin’s room.  See the difference in both their faces before and after they see each other. (WHY THE HELL ARE THEY LAUGHING LIKE THAT?! Maybe the female crews are going ‘kyaa~ kyaa~’) Gahhh. I think they talked about something (probably how they’re going to go about the shoot) prior to doing that scene because I could’ve sworn those smiles meant something!!!

·         After 95 episodes, we finally see Jinjin laugh with his eyes laughing with him.  At 00:37, I could practically feel his heart thumping and laughing as far as in front of my monitor, what more if I was actually there watching it live???  And that happened just because he and his turtle looked at each other with such amusing, shy, embarrassed, excited, (insert any adjective here that relates to increased pheromone activities here).

·         Remember how (almost) all of us made a big fuss over the fact that they weren’t looking at each other?  And remember in my previous post how I said that those two kept on stealing glances at each other? Well, I say, Kame lost in this “avoid looking at him” kind of game they were playing because as early as 00:40, Kame gave in and spared his Jinjin a sideway glance.  See at 00:41 how Kame managed to ‘unlook’ at Jinjin.

·         Whatever happened to Amelia Earheart?  Is there really a way to Atlantis?  What the hell were those two thinking?!  Curious much, people?  I don’t think AKame has piqued my curiosity THIS much since Jinjin and Kame shared a tent in Okinawa.  Ever wonder WHY IN THE WORLD Jinjin smiled like that at 00:50?  I couldn’t understand it, really, but hey, they do look like they’ve been planned to act all serious yet didn’t manage to pull it off, right?

·         At 01:09, where the hell is Jinjin looking at?!

·         01:35.  Try watching five seconds before this mark and see how they move totally in sync with each other.  Kame leans back, Jinjin leans back. Jinjin leans forward, Kame does the same.  And on this particular time mark, they managed to both cross their legs at the same time.

·         01:51-01:52.  The ‘second glance’.

·         Don’t you think they look AWFULLY alike at 02:17???

·         Haven’t seen them smile THIS WIDE for THIS LONG since their chibi days.  Check out 03:01 mark.  Sure, they do smile and laugh a lot at CTKT, but those are just for fleeting moments… not at a constant duration.  That’s why this episode totally beats any other episode.

·         At 03:39, don’t tell me you wouldn’t squeal at the fact that Jinjin leans towards Kame… coz that rarely happens—oh wait, it never did on this show!!!

·         I could die watching him smile. à Read this off someone’s fic though I couldn’t spot where I saw it. (I’ll do a cross-reference later)  03:52 gives us a glimpse on how it will look like should this line be applied to our favorite pair.

·         Remember when I told you about stolen glances?  04:07 gives us a Jinjin to Kame version of that.

·         COMMERCIAL: Just got to point out, Jinjin’s laugh at 05:23 totally gives him away—he’s totally enjoying that filming through and through. BEAR IN MIND THAT HE’S BEEN QUITE MOODY AND AN ANT-KATTUN PERSON FOR THE PAST FEW WEEKS, AND RESCUE PV MAKING IS A PROOF OF THAT.

·         I’m not quite sure how to classify this ‘moment’, but this totally reminded me of their chibi days—laughing without care in the world—at 06:00 and 06:22.

• Bed time Jinjin? Kame?  Check out 07:00 and the most compromising position they’ve been in since that time at the tent in Okinawa again.

• Because mean Kame + mean Jin = love.  Starts at 07:22 until 07:25.
  

• And because it’s only Kanada, at 07:28, who could bring out the chibi AKame love from the adult AKame love. *onegaishimasu*

• A promise of late night rendezvous perhaps? Or maybe they ARE living together, ergo the reference to ‘talking later’?  And look at how Kame’s laugh seemed more of a giggle.  See 07:48 for this and the following Kame looks.

• I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again: Kame brings out the baka in Bakanishi.  This is the first time I’ve heard him say ‘anouuu’ using the tone he only uses 1) during his chibi days, 2) during that magic show (tres bien) in Utaban, and 3) when he’s with Yamapi/Ryo/Yuu. Forward to 07:55 for this.

• Analysis part b: Have you noticed how Jin seems to follow everything Kame says?? I mean, for the life of me, I don’t think I’d ever see the day when Jin would dance in CTKT unless it’s a performance bit.  Even his Okinawa trip with Maru *during that drumbeating* hardly counts as dancing. Gah.  Kame’s got Jinjin wrapped around his finger. *giggles*

• *Sigh* Simply because I could stare at them all day for this at 09:09.

• I couldn’t manage to get a good screencap for this, so let me just mention their Nobuta wo Produce interaction.  Just bloody brilliant how Jinjin managed to elicit a reaction from Kame like that.  Watch at 09:42.

• Stolen glance @ 09:48.

• Again, because Jin watching Kame is just… dokidoki. There at 09:59.

• Ever wonder how they’ll look like if you give them a shared Christmas present?  Snagged at 11:25.
  

• Look at Kame’s expression here… totally priceless!! Maybe someone could write a fic about it?  Here’s a sample of Kame’s thoughts: SOB.  Jin’s holding some porn again.  How the hell am I supposed to get a good rest tonight if 1) we have something to “talk about” later, and 2) he’s agitated by that magazine again. *fuuuuu*  Lmao!  Begins at 11: 29.
  

Hiiii!!! I know a lot of people have been doing akame evidence projects already, including kawaiikame  whom I have nothing but love and respect in being able to gather THAT MUCH information. But hey, nothing wrong with another one, right?  And besides, I’m focusing on just a tiny part of the AKame life for now… a.k.a. the CTKT life they have, so I’m not hoarding anything. ^.*

So here’s the first installment of my quirk project in CARTOON KAT-TUN where I try (really try) to spot all, if not, some random, unseen, unexpected, unnoticeable and noticeable AKame moments all through out the series and list them here, discuss it a bit, and prompt you readers to watch it along.

As for this installment, I obviously begin with the episode where life seem to have been brought to Kame’s face and eyes again—episode 6, the return of his Bakanishi Jinjin (atsui yo…).  I’ll be discussing three to four episodes at a time since, well, watching the episodes and being critical of the ‘moments’ requires a lot of patience… so yeah.  If you’re bored, go and do some AKame hunting.

Let me make it clear that as I do this, I am doing some kind of suspension of disbelief, where now I am entitled to think and interpret things and see them as a possibility… a very high possibility at that, and that negating what I’ve written and interpreted by means of slapping reality in my face will all be just futile attempts in making me stop my fangirling. *heeheehoo*

Oh. And big credits to jone_records  for my copies of the show.

After four long years, I finally made my way back to the life of my high school mentor, Nancy Roman. It was quite surreal being with her again. I feel like I'm high school all over again and talking to her about upcoming concerts, performances, projects, budgets, and all that stuff. And to top it all off, performing for her again this coming February would be a great way of 'celebrating' my 4th year in college. I was president back then of the High School Glee Club, that was four years ago, in my 4th year of high school. I can't wait to start rehearsing again.

Later, I was eating dinner with Abbey at Teriyaki Boy and we were talking about life after high school (due to some reminiscing done with Ms Roman). Funny to realize that Ms Roman's niece is officemates with Pam Chua who in turn (according to Ms Roman) is still in her "sipsip" mode, telling Ms Roman's niece that his aunt is block7's fave teacher. Well, maybe.
That one hell of a lady sure is cool if you ask me (I still can't believe though that she's the blue batch's YLC).  Anyway, on with our talk (me and Abbey). We were trying to 'sift through' the b7ers who just never got in touch after graduation. Then eventually, we started recounting the classmates and their respective class numbers. AND BELIEVE ME, I THINK IT WAS HARDER THAN ANSWERING A PHYSICS EXAM.

First, we were just mentioning their names, then started to mark 'distinct' ones... those whom we haven't seen update their lives to anyone.  Til we got to a point of grabbing the nearest pen and paper and wrote down the names.

The column on the left are the ones we remember distinctively ... as if by instinct, we knew that their class numbers should be x. Like, Chubby should be 4, Jena should be or the Rea-Regunay-Rios-Rodriguez-Rosal combination should always be from 29-33. On the right column however, some names didn't register quite fast. Starting from Valdez, down to JESI STA. MARIA, we were racking our brains out for their names. Our sincerest apologies. The ones with the circles are those Abbey hasn't seen in awhile. She wanted to say she misses you guys a lot.

It's just sad to realize that after just 3 years, we're (Abbey and I) already forgetting some of our classmates; not that it was intentional. Funny to think that we were the closest class when we left high school, yet now... I really don't know what to say.

All I know is that it would be really great to actually have THE REUNION. I guess we just need to right people to make that happen.

this is an oddly 'eurekan' essay i did for panpil 19 before. 30 minutes prior to submission, a classmate told me that we're due 1 paper about the self. haha!! was reading through it and hell, i've got some ideas at that time. i just wish that i have those things more often. :(

CHICHARABAO

            Chinicharon na balat ng kalabaw.  Mas mabaho sa baboy, mas maalat, pero mas masarap.  Sige, kain lang. Hangga’t keri ng tiyan, balewalain ang sinasabi ng iba.

Bata pa lang ako ay naririnig ko na sa mga amiga ng aking lola ang mga katagang, “ang lusog naman ng apo mo… parang napakawalan sa kusina.” Napakawalan sa kusina—tumatak na ito sa aking isipan hanggang ngayon.  Ngunit noong bata-bata pa ako’y ang buong akala ko’y “cool” o ayos lang na masabihan ako nito. Naisip ko kasi, bakit ba, eh bata naman ako?  Taon na ang lumipas, yan pa rin ang sinasabi ko sa mundo.  Hanggang sa ngayon, bata pa rin ako. Ayun, ay sa mata ko lang naman na ata.

            Nakakapagtaka na karamihan sa mga dalaga ngayon (at minsan nga’y mga nagdadalaga pa lang) ay sobrang self-conscious na.  Biruin mo’y 13 taong gulang pa lang ay nais nang mag-“diet”.  Ako ma’y nasabihan na rin ng aking magulang na mag-“diet”, at pasasalamatan ko daw sila pag tanda ko.  Naisip ko kasing pag nag-diyeta ako, pagkakaitan ko ang aking sarili ng mga pagkain (o yung dami nila na pumapasok sa aking bibig).  Noon pa ma’y malaki na ang aking tiyan, na tila’y may beer belly ako sa hindi malamang kadahilanan.  Kaya habang ang buong kadalagahan ay nag-aalala na sa pagpapa-seksi para mapansin na sila ng mga kalalakihan, naroon ako sa isang tabi, kumakain ng isaw at pinapanood silang gutumin ang mga sarili nila.

            Noong nasa high skul ako, naisip ko na rin kasi na ang hindi pag-alala sa mga bagay tulad ng diyeta’y makakatulong sa akin para mag-seryoso sa pag-aaral.  Kung sabagay, wala naming lalaking papansin sa laki ng katawan ko. 

            Malaki, mataba, bondat. Oo, ako yun.  Marahil ay mas naging halata pa iyon dahil sa aking butihing mga binting wala na yatang mas iiksi pa.  Napansin ko na nga rin na wala sa proporsyon ang aking katawan.  Tapos ang kulay ng balat ko’y di mo maintindihan kung kulay lupa o dilaw.  Pambihira, bondat na kakaiba ang kulay.  Meron nga sigurong baboy na kulay dilaw.

            Hindi ko naman sinusumbat sa sarili ko na ako’y isang boybabs.  Tila’y tanggap ko na nga ata kasi na may kalakihan ako kung ihahambing sa ibang ka-edad ko.  Pero kasi, sa ilang taon kong pilit na pagkumbinsi sa sarili ko na mataba at panget ako, napagtanto ko na hindi ako ganun—malusog lang ako.  Kasi nakaka-akyat pa naman ako ng ikatlong palapag ng isang gusali nang hindi hinihingal. Mas malaki lang ako sa iba.

            Kung tutuusi’y pumayat na ako nung nakaraang taon. Oo at nagustuhan ko ang resulta, pero wala naman masyadong nagbago.  Parehong mga kaibigan, parehong mga kausap, parehong kakilala, parehong mga gawain.  Kaya bakit ako magpapa-apekto sa mga batayan ng kagandahan ng mga Pilipino? Minsan nga’y hindi na kapani-paniwala… dahil halos 70% ng mga kalalakihang pilipino’y naghahanap ng balingkinitang katawan, chinita’t maputi.  Sana’y pumunta na lang sila sa Tsina… kaysa mauso pa ang sangkatutuak na pinsan ni Biolink at Likas.  Mas maniniwala pa nga ako sa mga Koreanovela tulad ng Kim Sam Soon.  Sa wakas, hindi maganda yung babae.

            Maganda naman ang katawan ko… katanggap-tanggap ika nga nila.  Pero lahat ng mga sinasabi ko dito’y naka-base sa aking opinion.  Kaya kung may tatawag sa aking pakawala sa kusina, aba’y buong puso akong ngingiti at magsasabing, “gusto mo ng chicharabao?”
